This is my step by step guide on how to install a nocking point.

The first step is to measure where you want the nocking point using a T-Gauge. Then place your arrow on the serving.

Using some No.4 serving thread tie a simple knot to mark the spot, and remove the arrow.

Now take the two string ends around the back of the bow string and repeat the process on that side.

Bring the ends around the front 
again and repeat. Keep the knots tight all times.

Continue this process until you’ve made the size nocking point you require.

To finishing off the nocking point cut the thread to leave 5 mm, then burn the ends down to prevent the knots from coming loose.
